SouvenirPuzzle collects minimal data to provide our service:

- Game Progress: Puzzle completion times, scores, unlocked levels
- Payment Information: Processed securely by Stripe (we do not store card details)
- Device Information: Browser type for technical support
How We Use Your Data
- Authenticate your account
- Synchronize game progress across devices
- Display your username on leaderboards
- Process payments and manage subscriptions
- Provide customer support
Data Storage & Security
- All data transmitted via HTTPS encryption
- Passwords hashed using industry-standard algorithms
- Payment processing handled by Stripe (PCI DSS compliant)
- Access tokens expire after 10 minutes
- Your uploaded photos stored locally in browser only
Third-Party Services
Payments, Subscriptions & Refunds
SouvenirPuzzle offers premium subscriptions ("Pro" and "Master" plans) billed monthly or annually.
- Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time through the Customer Portal available in the extension settings. Your premium access will remain active until the end of your current billing period.
- Refunds: As a digital service, all sales are generally final. However, we offer a 14-day refund window for users in the European Economic Area (EEA) in accordance with consumer protection laws.

Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access your personal data
- Delete your account and all associated data
- Opt-out of optional data collection

Children's Privacy
