SouvenirPuzzle is designed with privacy as a core principle. We collect only the minimum data necessary to provide a synchronized gaming experience:

• Account Information: Email address and username. Collected explicitly when you sign up to sync progress across devices.
• Game Progress: Puzzle completion times, scores, and unlocked levels. Collected to maintain your personal achievements and public leaderboards.
• Payment Information: Processed securely by Stripe. We do not store or see your full card details.
• Technical Data: Browser version and extension version for essential technical support and bug reporting.

How We Handle Your Data

We handle your data with extreme care:

• No Image Uploads: Your personal photos used for puzzles are processed locally in your browser. They are never uploaded to our servers or seen by us.
• No Tracking: We do not track your browsing history or monitor your activity on other websites.
• Encryption: All data is encrypted during transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest on our secure servers.

Use of Data

• Authenticate your account and secure your session.
• Synchronize game progress and settings across your devices.
• Display your username on public leaderboards.
• Process payments and manage subscriptions via Stripe.
• Provide customer support when requested.

Data Sharing & Third-Party Services

We do NOT sell your data. We share data only with the following essential service providers:

• Stripe (Payment Processing): Email and payment info for secure transaction processing. (Privacy Policy)
• Railway (Infrastructure): Encrypted storage of account and progress data. (Privacy Policy)

We do NOT share data with any analytics platforms, advertisers, or data brokers.

Data Storage & Retention

• Location: Data is stored on secure servers in the United States.
• Retention: Active account data is kept as long as the account exists. Deleted accounts are fully purged from our systems within 30 days.

Payments, Subscriptions & Refunds

SouvenirPuzzle offers premium subscriptions ("Pro" and "Master" plans) billed monthly or annually.

• Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time through the Customer Portal available in the extension settings. Your premium access will remain active until the end of your current billing period.
• Refunds: As a digital service, all sales are generally final. However, we offer a 14-day refund window for users in the European Economic Area (EEA) in accordance with consumer protection laws.

Your Rights

International Data Transfers

If you access SouvenirPuzzle from outside the United States, your data will be transferred to and stored on servers located in the United States. By using our service, you consent to this transfer. SouvenirPuzzle is family-friendly but not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you are a parent and believe we have collected data from your child, contact us immediately.
